1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rentaly services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Agreement

When you rent items from Rentaly:

• You must provide valid ID and address proof for KYC verification
• Minimum rental period is 3 months unless specified otherwise
• You agree to pay monthly rent on or before the due date
• Late payments incur a fee of ₹50 per day
• You are responsible for the items during the rental period

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit is refunded within 7–10 working days after item pickup, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

4. Delivery and Pickup

We offer free delivery and installation within serviceable areas. Pickup is also free with 7 days advance notice. Same-day or urgent requests may incur additional charges.

5. Damage and Liability

Minor scratches and normal wear are acceptable. Major damages, breakage, or theft will be charged based on repair or replacement value. Damage protection covers accidental damages up to ₹10,000 per incident.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the rental with 7 days written notice. Early termination before the minimum period may incur charges as per the rental agreement.
