Security Deposit Refunds

Your security deposit is 100% refundable, provided rented items are returned in acceptable condition. Refunds are processed within 2 days of pickup and inspection.

Deductions

Deductions may apply for:

• Major damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Missing accessories or components
• Outstanding dues

Rent Refunds

Rent paid upfront is non-refundable for the period already used. Early termination is governed by the cancellation flow, where any applicable fees are shown before you confirm.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 2 days of pickup and inspection.
