Security Deposit Refunds

Your security deposit is 100% refundable, provided rented items are returned in acceptable condition. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and inspection.

Deductions

Deductions may apply for:

• Major damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Missing accessories or components
• Unpaid rent or outstanding dues

Monthly Rent Refunds

Monthly rent payments are non-refundable. If you return items mid-month, the remaining days of that month are not refunded.

Early Termination

If you return items before the agreed minimum tenure, an early termination fee equivalent to one month's rent may apply.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
